Job applications for current students will not be considered if submitted through the external career center.\nPosition Details\nIn the Office of Institutional Research, the Coordinator supports institutional reporting, survey administration, academic program review, accreditation activities, dashboard and report development, and data-related research projects. The position assists with external reporting, ad hoc data requests, website maintenance, and administrative operations while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of institutional data.\nResponsibilities\nContributes to institutional effectiveness by managing data-driven activities while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of institutional data across research, external reporting, and administrative operations.\nPartners with the Office of Career Services to facilitate “First-Destination Survey” Knowledge Rate research.\nFacilitates the administration and analysis of internal institutional surveys.\nContributes to completion of external data requests from entities such as College Board, U.S. News, and Princeton Review in a timely and accurate manner.\nProvide support in the data collection and report writing efforts sent to academic department chairs for Academic Program Review as the reviews occur.\nAids the department with research projects and ad-hoc data requests.\nMaintain documentation of reporting processes, definitions, methodologies, and submission procedures.\nAssist in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.\nMaintain the office’s websites, both public-facing and internal utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).\nProvide clerical and technical support to build and organize accreditation documentation during Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) reaffirmation efforts.\nAttend trainings and fully engage in learning and utilizing university-wide technology, specifically Workday, and other department-specific technology platforms.\nAttend conferences and/or webinars to maintain knowledge of industry’s best practices and for professional development.\nCoordinate administrative operations, including email and calendar management, inventory and supply oversight, event logistics, and travel arrangements.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree required; in statistics, mathematics, or social science preferred.\nDemonstrated experience in higher education preferred.\nAbility to analyze, interpret, and summarize quantitative/qualitative data.\nAttention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to work with Microsoft Windows-based systems required.\nExperience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software, especially Excel.\nMicrosoft Power BI / dashboard experience preferred.\nFamiliarity with R, Python, SQL, and/or AI-assisted data analysis tools preferred.\nExperience utilizing Adobe Acrobat DC.\nWillingness and ability to embrace and quickly adapt to new technologies and innovative organizational practices.\nExcellent written, oral, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills.\nThe ability to establish priorities and manage time wisely.\nRequired Attachments\nPlease be sure to attach the required documents listed below in the attachment box at the bottom of the \"My Experience\" page of the application before submitting the application.\n1.
