praca w zespołach zwinnych i cross-funkcyjnych.\nZnajomość narzędzi AI: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot.\nDoświadczenie z Agentic SDLC: prompt engineering, Spec-Driven Development, projektowanie i budowa workflowów i agentów AI.\nRozumienie możliwości i ograniczeń generatywnej AI, LLM i agentów AI w kontekście SDLC.\nIdentyfikacja potrzeb zespołów i przekładanie na wdrożenia AI.\nTransfer wiedzy: wspólna konfiguracja środowisk, budowa workflowów, sesje techniczne przy wdrożeniach.\nAnaliza danych użycia narzędzi;
