Opis projektu: Wdrożenie nowego wyglądu aplikacji mobilnej.

Zadania:

Projektowanie i rewizja Visual Interface dla Aplikacji Mobilnej.
Codzienne wsparcie zespołów produktówych (PO, Analitycy, UX, Dev, etc.).
Współtworzenie Design Systemu pod mobile oraz platformę Eximee.

Wymagania:

Min. 10 lat doświadczenia jako UI Designer.User-Centred Design
Zasady projektowania (heurystyki, best practices UX).
Zasady Gestalt (hierarchia, percepcja, grupowanie).
Zaawansowany visual design (typografia, kolor, kompozycja, gridy).
Material Design oraz Human Interface Guidelines.
Projektowanie aplikacji mobilnych (iOS/Android).
Responsywne projektowanie (RWD, multi-device).
Zasady WCAG 2.1/2.2.
Tworzenie i rozwój design systemów (komponenty, tokeny).
Zaawansowana znajomość Figma (auto-layout, variants).
Prowadzenie szkoleń i mentoring z zakresu Figmy
Prototypowanie (low/high fidelity, microinterakcje).
Storytelling w projektowaniu i prezentacji rozwiązań (Umiejętność argumentowania decyzji projektowych).
Wysokie kompetencje prezentacyjne.
Współpraca z biznesem i developmentem + przygotowywanie specyfikacji (handoff, design QA).
Projektowanie mikrointerakcji i przejść między ekranami.
