This role leads strategic analytics initiatives, develops advanced data solutions, and enables data-driven decision-making across the value chain using modern BI tools and technologies.\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000 - 140,000 annually plus 10% AIP eligibility. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.\nCore Responsibilities:\nLead cross-functional analytics projects to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable data models, automated reporting systems, and interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI.\nDevelop and implement advanced data extraction techniques across diverse data environments, including cloud-based and on-premises systems.\nEnsure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality control processes.\nTranslate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.\nManage and prioritize incoming data/reporting requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery.\nMaintain comprehensive oversight of operational data assets and ensure alignment with business objectives.\nEducate and empower business partners by providing training and guidance on data literacy, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies.\nQualifying Experience:\n7+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on business insight generation.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in or adjacent to IT, with familiarity in standard processes and troubleshooting.\nProven expertise in advanced data mining and extraction techniques, including predictive analytics, data mapping, and integration across multiple systems.\nStrong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries across multiple tables and data sources.\nHands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms.\nProficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools for dashboard creation and data visualization.\nDeep understanding of statistical analysis and business intelligence concepts, with a track record of converting data into strategic insights.\nExperience in building and managing databases, dashboards, and reporting tools that inform business decisions.\nDemonstrated success in applying analytics to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and other key business outcomes.\nExceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nIf you feel this opportunity could be the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
