You’ll bring strong fashion retail experience, a passion for delivering great customer service and the confidence to lead by example.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs part of the store’s senior team, you’ll help drive the day-to-day performance of the store, supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales and KPI targets while maintaining the high standards we expect across our stores.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nSupporting the Store Manager with the overall performance and day-to-day running of the store\n\nLeading by example and driving sales and KPI performance\n\nDelivering excellent customer service and encouraging the team to do the same\n\nMotivating, coaching and mentoring the team to help them reach their potential\n\nSupporting with recruitment, onboarding and developing new team members\n\nMonitoring store performance and taking action where needed\n\nMaintaining high standards of presentation and ensuring the store reflects our visual merchandising guidelines\n\nEnsuring all necessary paperwork and administration is completed accurately and on time\n\nSupporting the team to maintain excellent operational standards\n\nProviding support and leadership in the Store Manager’s absence\n\nHelping to create a positive, inclusive and enjoyable environment for both our customers and our team\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for someone who is confident leading a team and enjoys the pace and variety of fashion retail.\nYou’ll ideally have:\nPrevious management or supervisory experience within retail\n\nExperience working with sales targets and KPIs\n\nStrong customer service skills\n\nExperience supporting recruitment and developing team members\n\nA passion for fashion and an interest in our brand\n\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\n\nThe ability to motivate and inspire others\n\nA proactive and positive approach\n\nThe ability to multitask and work well under pressure\n\nFlexibility and adaptability\n\nA willingness to learn and develop\n\nMost importantly, you’ll be someone who leads by example, enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering great results.\nWhy join us?\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new and help establish our store from the very beginning.
