You will turn functional requirements into a sound technical design, build the complex parts yourself, set the standard for the rest of the team, and be the person the Product Owner and architect come to on feasibility and trade-offs. Depth in custom Apex, LWC and integration design is the core requirement.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the technical design for assigned modules — translate functional requirements into an approach, and call out what is and isn't feasible on the platform.\nBuild complex Apex and Lightning Web Component functionality, including the parts the team can't.\nDesign and specify integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, LIMS, DMS, MES and others) — API contracts, authentication, error handling and retry behaviour.\nSet and enforce coding standards; run code reviews; mentor junior developers and the trainee intake.\nOwn release and deployment hygiene, environment strategy, and production issue troubleshooting.\nWork with the BA/Product Owner and architect on effort estimation, design trade-offs and sequencing.\nMandatory Requirements\n5+ years Salesforce development with substantial custom development — not configuration-led work.\nDeep Apex: design patterns, bulkification, asynchronous and batch processing, governor limit management, test strategy and coverage discipline.\nStrong Lightning Web Components; Aura and Visualforce as needed.\nIntegration design — REST and SOAP, platform events, authentication patterns, resilient error handling.\nSalesforce security, sharing and data architecture at enterprise scale.\nCI/CD, Git branching strategy and disciplined release management.\nAble to explain a technical decision to a non-technical business stakeholder without losing them.\nAble to work from the client's Hyderabad office 3 days a week.\nPreferred\nPlatform Developer II certification.\nMuleSoft or comparable integration platform.\nManaged-package extension experience.\nGxP / validated-system delivery exposure;
