improve operating efficiencies\nResponsibilities\nSkillfully and accurately perform audit procedures in accordance with applicable auditing and accounting standards.\nPrepare audit workpapers and adjusting entries and review trial balances.\nAnalyze financial information and compile financial statements and related reports for presentation to clients and internal teams.\nEvaluate accounting and audit issues and appropriately document conclusions and supporting evidence.\nMaintain accurate, organized, and well-supported audit documentation.\nBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.\nCommunicate engagement status, audit findings, issues identified, and potential concerns to seniors and managers in a timely manner.\nWork independently and collaboratively with engagement teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.\nAt least 2-3 years of audit experience.\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS and relevant accounting and auditing literature.\nFamiliarity with accounting and auditing software, such as CaseWare, or similar applications.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to apply Excel skills in audit and financial analysis.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with employees at different levels.\nWillingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively in a fast-paced
