service\nManage and process claims, invoices, and resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives\nCollaborate with insurance providers, benefits vendors, and HRIS vendors, ensuring smooth operations\nPerform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance\nPrepare and compile reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends for management review\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 3 years' experience in Benefits Administration\nMust be willing to process employee government mandated benefits\nMust be willing to go onsite government offices to process employee benefits\nMust be willing to work on a hybrid set up (2 days on-site and 3 days WFH)\nMust be open for the daytime schedule from 7:00am to
