Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Process Engineer, IT to join their dynamic team.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDocument and map current-state workflows across practice or business areas, identifying inefficiencies and standardization opportunities\nDesign and define optimized, repeatable processes to support AI-enabled platforms\nSupport data preparation, structuring, and validation tasks that feed AI workflows\nCreate and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides\nPartner with Product Managers and developers to ensure processes are accurately reflected in platform design\nSupport training, adoption, and continuous-improvement initiatives across the firm\nIdentify process-improvement opportunities and lead structured initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods (DMAIC) to measurably reduce waste, cycle time, and defects\nServe as an active participant in change management for process improvements - supporting stakeholder communication, training, and adoption to ensure changes are sustained\nQualifications:\nRequired\n3+ years in process engineering, business analysis, operations, or a related field\nStrong process mapping, documentation, and quality assurance skills\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving\nAbility to collaborate across time zones with onshore Product Managers and stakeholders\nStrong written communication skills\nAmenable to working a midshift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT).\nOpen to a hybrid work setup, with 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week.\nPreferred\nExposure to accounting, tax, or professional services workflows\nFamiliarity with generative-AI tools and structured data workflows\nLean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) with demonstrated experience applying Six Sigma / Lean methods to process improvement\nExperience with workflow automation or QA tooling\nExperience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and leading adoption of process changes;
