Responsibilities include staffing, capacity planning, forecasting, resource optimization, and cross-functional workforce coordination.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAllocate resources based on skills, experience level, availability, timing, and engagement requirements.\nPartner with practice leaders, job managers, and resource pod leaders to balance workloads and align staffing with client commitments.\nMonitor capacity, utilization, leverage, scheduled-versus-actual performance, and forecast accuracy; identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.\n·Resolve staffing conflicts, urgent resource needs, delays, and workload imbalances while communicating decisions and schedule changes effectively.\nMaintain accurate resource plans, schedules, open needs, placeholders, skills inventories, and workforce data across resource management systems.\nLead recurring resource alignment meetings focused on supply and demand, staffing decisions, cross-utilization, forecasting, and workforce risks.\nManage workforce forecasting and capacity planning to identify future demand, skills gaps, staffing requirements, and hiring needs.\nCoordinate cross-pod, onshore, offshore, outsourced, and integration-related staffing activities to optimize resource deployment.\nOversee preparation pools and unassigned-work queues to ensure timely staffing and workload progression.\nSupport adoption of workforce planning processes, reporting tools, resource management systems, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.\nKey Outcomes:\nRight people assigned to the right work at the right time.\nBalanced workloads and improved utilization and leverage.\nAccurate demand forecasts and workforce capacity plans.\nTimely identification and resolution of staffing risks and conflicts.\nGreater visibility and transparency into workforce decisions and resource allocation.\nConsistent workforce planning that supports client service, operational efficiency, and business growth.\nCore Capabilities:\nWorkforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.\nWorkforce analytics, KPI reporting, and data-driven decision making.\nForecasting, demand planning, and resource optimization.\nStakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.\nStrong business acumen, communication, and organizational skills.\nProcess improvement, operational excellence, and workforce data governance.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Tax resource management, workforce planning, project staffing, operations, or a related discipline.\nExperience managing resource allocation, capacity planning, utilization, and workforce forecasting.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce, utilization, and operational performance data.\nExperience using workforce management, project management, scheduling, and reporting tools.\nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and resolve staffing conflicts.\nStrong communication, facilitation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.\nWork Setup: Hybrid -
