vendor management.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee the daily operation, governance, and continuous improvement of assigned operational processes and software platforms across business units.\n\nEstablish process standards, ownership, controls, documentation, and service expectations for assigned operational workflows.\n\nLead cross-functional operational projects and initiatives from scoping and planning through implementation, adoption, and post-implementation review.\n\nManage legal, licensing, and related compliance workflows to support timely, accurate, and documented completion of requirements.\n\nAdminister assigned software platforms, including business requirements, configuration coordination, testing, issue resolution, access governance, and enhancement prioritization.\n\nDraft, maintain, communicate, and enforce policies, procedures, and operating standards within the role's area of responsibility.\n\nMonitor operational, compliance, vendor, and reputational risks; recommend controls and coordinate corrective actions with appropriate stakeholders.\n\nPartner with business unit leaders and subject matter experts to align processes, resolve cross-functional issues, and support consistent execution.\n\nDevelop metrics and reporting to evaluate process performance, control effectiveness, service quality, and improvement opportunities.\n\nServe as a liaison to executive leadership by presenting operational priorities, risks, decisions, recommendations, and progress updates.\n\nMaintain audit-ready process and system documentation and support internal reviews, external requests, and remediation activities.\n\nProvide process guidance, training, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to junior staff and stakeholders\n\nCandidate Qualifications\nBachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.\n\nFive or more years of progressively responsible operations experience, including ownership of cross-functional processes, systems, or programs.\n\nExperience leading operational projects and partnering with stakeholders across multiple business units.\n\nExperience administering business applications and managing workflow, governance, compliance, legal, licensing, risk, or vendor-management processes.\n\nDemonstrated ability to develop policies, define controls, document processes, analyze operational information, and communicate recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Prosci/ACMP change management certification
