You will join a collaborative, expanding team that is creating significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement.\nWhat You'll Gain / Impact\nOpportunity to lead high-impact audit and assurance engagements across a diverse portfolio of middle-market clients\nExposure to a range of industries, including Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Financial Services\nAbility to shape and develop the next generation of assurance professionals through hands-on mentorship and coaching\nCollaborative partnership with senior firm leaders to drive exceptional client outcomes\nA clear path for career advancement within a high-growth, nationally recognized firm \nKey Responsibilities\nLead multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion.\nManage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout engagements.\nReview workpapers, financial statements, and engagement deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance.\nProvide hands-on leadership, coaching, and timely feedback to seniors and staff.\nCollaborate with partners, directors, and engagement teams to deliver exceptional client service.\nSupervise engagement teams of varying sizes across a diverse client portfolio.\nDevelop talent through mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development.\nSupport business growth by fostering strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services.\nCandidate Qualifications\n5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on assurance, audit, and attest services.\nExperience managing engagements and serving as the primary contact for clients.\nStrong background reviewing audit workpapers, financial statements, and engagement deliverables.\nDemonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, and developing staff.\nExperience serving clients in one or more of the following industries: Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Financial Services\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.\nAbility to balance multiple engagements while delivering exceptional client service.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.\n CPA preferred, but not required.
