Bullhorn experience preferred\n\nFamiliarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Dice, or equivalent\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and clients\n\nHigh attention to detail in candidate materials preparation and pipeline management\n\nPreferred: 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a staffing or professional services environment\n\nLeadership Skills\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with candidates, clients, and team members\n\nClear and professional verbal and written communication skills\n\nCollaborative mindset with a commitment to shared team goals and continuous improvement\n\nHigh degree of accountability and ownership for individual pipeline activity and performance outcomes\n\nAdaptable and resilient in navigating ambiguity and evolving client needs\n\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
