opportunities to improve client workflows through automation and better tooling\n\nCandidate Qualifications\nRequired: \n3+ years of experience in a client-facing accounting role, with strong knowledge of financials, general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliation\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field required\nProficient with QuickBooks Online and NetSuite\nAdept with modern accounting technology and how it is used to automate close and reporting\nStrong project management mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients with consistency\nAble to work independently, manage competing priorities, and hit deadlines\nComfortable and effective working in a distributed, remote team environment\nProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and Adobe Acrobat skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred: \nExperience with Ramp, Bill.com, or Gusto\nExperience serving technology, ecommerce, or fast-growth startup
