items\n\nCollaborate on income tax projections, cash flow projections, and buy/sell transactions\n\nWork independently with minimal review on assigned workUnderstand and communicate engagement priorities effectively across the team\n\nMeet budget and realization goals for client engagements and team deliverables\n\nCandidate Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in public or private accounting required\n\nExperience with financial statement and tax return preparation requiredPrior experience in public accounting strongly preferred\n\nBachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field strongly preferred\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\nEffective collaborator with strong interpersonal and
