judgment\n\nPrepare audit work papers and adjusting trial balances\n\nPlan and schedule client engagements with effective time management\n\nAssemble trial balances and compile financial statements into clear, written reports\n\nCommunicate the accuracy of financial statements and key financial information to clients and team members\n\nBuild and maintain productive relationships with clients and colleagues\n\nLead, mentor, and support the professional development of team members\n\nTravel to client sites as needed\n\nCandidate Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting3-5 years of experience in public accounting\n\nExperience in Manufacturing and/or Technology industries\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel\n\nExperience with CaseWare or comparable audit software\n\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills\n\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment\n\nPreferred: Master's degree\n\nPreferred: Licensed
