Responsibilities\nInteract closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services across diverse industries\nOversee the preparation and timely filing of all required tax returns\nDevelop and implement tax strategies that optimize clients' tax positions while considering business goals, industry trends, and regulatory changes\nCollaborate with clients and provide proactive tax advice and solutions\nCollaborate with fellow tax professionals by sharing expertise and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and development\nBuild and maintain strong effectiveness\nCandidate Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field\n3-5 years of experience in federal tax consulting and/or compliance in public accounting\nExperience with Corporate, S-Corp, and/or Partnership returns\nRecent work experience with an accounting firm\nExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in tax software and technology\nPreferred:
