evolving tax laws and regulations\nDeliver consulting services on complex tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and tax planning initiatives\nConduct ongoing tax research to stay current on regulatory changes and proactively identify planning opportunities for clients\nPrepare and review federal and state tax returns, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations\nBuild and sustain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a high standard of service delivery\nCommunicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to manage all tax-related matters efficiently and professionally\nTrain and mentor team members to strengthen technical expertise and support their professional development\nCandidate Qualifications\nCPA license required\nBachelor's degree in Accounting\n6+ years of federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in a public accounting environment\nExperience with S-Corp, Partnership, Individual, and Corporate tax returns\nDemonstrated experience managing and developing a team\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills\nProficiency in tax software and related technology\n Preferred: Master's degree in
