Our IoT-enabled analyzers and AI-drivenanalytics help industries detect pollutants at source, optimize processes, andimprove both profitability and sustainability. \nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technician – AnalyserAssembly to join our Operations and Engineering team. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, calibrating, andsupporting the production of water quality analyser systems. This role is idealfor candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work and are passionate aboutprecision, quality, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssembly & Production\nAssemble water quality analyser systems and related sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, SOPs, and work instructions.\nInstall mechanical, electrical, electronic, tubing, pneumatic, and sensor components.\nPerform wiring, cable routing, tubing installation, and panel assembly.\nEnsure all assemblies meet company quality standards before release.\nTesting & Calibration\nConduct functional testing and system verification.\nPerform calibration of sensors and analyser systems following established procedures.\nRecord test results and prepare production documentation.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and rectify assembly or functional issues.\nQuality & Continuous Improvement\nPerform quality inspections during assembly and final testing.\nReport non-conformance and recommend corrective actions.\nMaintain proper documentation, production records, and inventory usage.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product reliability.\nEngineering Support\nAssist engineers with prototype assembly and product development.\nSupport engineering validation tests and design verification activities.\nProvide feedback on manufacturability and assembly improvements.\nField Support (Occasionally)\nSupport installation, commissioning, servicing, or maintenance of analyser systems at customer sites when required.\nAssist with troubleshooting equipment deployed in the field.\nRequirements\nEducation\n\nNITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in:\nMechanical Engineering\nMechatronics\nElectrical & Electronic Engineering\nInstrumentation\nManufacturing Engineering\nOr a related technical discipline\nExperience\nFresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.\nSenior technicians with extensive hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.\nRetired professionals who wish to continue contributing their technical expertise are also welcome to apply.\nExperience in analytical instruments, water treatment systems, industrial automation, or laboratory equipment will be an added advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.\nBasic knowledge of electrical wiring and electronic components.\nFamiliarity with sensors, pumps, valves, tubing, and pneumatic systems is an advantage.\nKnowledge of water treatment equipment or analytical instruments is a plus.\nBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office).\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nGood analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn.\nAble to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.\nGood communication skills in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience assembling analytical instruments or laboratory equipment.\nExperience with ISO 9001 quality systems or manufacturing documentation.\nFamiliarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, or calibration equipment.\nExperience in water treatment, environmental monitoring, or
