You'll be the technical voice in the sales cycle: running demos, scoping requirements, debugging customer code and feeding what you learn back to our product engineering team. You'll work across both client-side and server-side use cases, helping customers understand how Apryse technology fits into their applications, services and document-processing workflows. While the role is primarily remote, you'll also occasionally work with customers on-site where this helps with technical evaluations, implementation workshops or key customer engagements.\nThis suits a developer who enjoys deep, varied customer conversations and wants to use their technical background to solve real customer problems. \n\nWhat you'll do:\nRun product demos and support trial installs and beta implementations of the Apryse SDKs.\nWork with prospects by email and on calls to uncover their technical pain points and scope requirements: features, platforms, deployment environments, document-processing workflows and file formats.\nHelp customers evaluate client-side and server-side SDK architectures, including how document processing fits into their applications, APIs and backend services.\nOccasionally travel to customer sites to support technical workshops, evaluations and implementation discussions.\nPartner with sales and product engineering to propose solutions that fit the customer and make sense commercially.\nDebug customer application code and guide implementations.\nOwn technical support tickets through the pre-sales process and flag risks to the sales team early.\nShare customer feedback with product engineering to shape the roadmap, and keep up with competitors and document standards.\nWhat you'll bring:\nFluent Spanish (C1 or native) and professional English, written and spoken.\nHands-on development experience in modern web technologies: JavaScript or TypeScript, React or Angular, REST APIs and JSON. Experience with mobile (Android or iOS) or .NET is a plus.\nComfort working with server-side applications, APIs and deployment environments. Experience with .NET, Java, Linux, Docker or cloud infrastructure would be particularly useful.\nExperience working directly with customers on technical issues: solutions engineering, integration, support engineering or consulting.\nComfort working directly with customers both remotely and, when required, on-site.\nA degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nA GitHub profile, technical writing or similar evidence of building and debugging complex systems.\nClear communication, strong problem-solving and the discipline to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.\nYou don't need to tick every box.
