The Senior Architect will also support client presentations, provide expert guidance on materials and standards, and contribute to design innovation and quality control across the portfolio.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOversee Civil and Interior (C& I) finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards in materials, workmanship, and detailing.\nConduct quality control (QC) checks at all project stages, including finishing, installation, and handover.\nEnsure all C& I activities align with approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.\nCoordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve finishing and QC-related site issues.\nPrepare and maintain QC reports, site inspection logs, and snag/defect lists, ensuring timely rectification before handover.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong foundation in architecture and architectural design, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.\nExperience in project management, with skills in planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.\nUnderstanding of integration between architectural design and building systems (structural, MEP, and interior design coordination).\nAbility to collaborate with software development teams when required for design visualization, BIM tools, or project management platforms.\nProficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e. g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).\nThorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, sustainability principles, and safety standards.\nBachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution;
