The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the details of daily operations, handling complex systems-based protocols that require strict adherence to regulations, directing team workflow, and interacting with customers as the face of our company.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Operations\nMotivate employees, resolve issues, and make difficult decisions.\nServe as a conduit of communication between employees and senior management.\nImplement established business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on strengths and abilities.\nIdentify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination.\nMeet and exceed organizational goals with optimum use of workforce and resource allocation.\nEnsure compliance with state and legal policies and procedures.\nPartner with the production department to manage workflow and ensure employees fully comprehend responsibilities and delegated tasks.\nSet performance goals and deadlines in line with the company's vision, monitoring budget and reporting variances to leadership.\nMaintain timekeeping and personnel records.\n\n2.
