sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order management.\nManage procurement activities for fertilizer industry projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, budgets, and project schedules.\nIdentify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors.\nLead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable contractual terms, and reliable delivery schedules.\nReview technical and commercial bids in coordination with engineering, project management, and other relevant departments.\nMonitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, quality standards, and contractual compliance.\nManage procurement budgets, cost estimates, and expenditure forecasts.\nCoordinate with project teams to identify material requirements and address procurement-related risks or delays.\nOversee contract administration and resolve supplier disputes, claims, and delivery issues.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and project requirements.\nLead and mentor procurement personnel while promoting efficiency and continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n18-20 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within fertilizer, petrochemical, chemical processing, or other process industries.\nExtensive experience in project procurement, preferably involving large-scale industrial or EPC projects.\nStrong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement planning.\nExperience procuring industrial equipment, plant materials, technical components, and project-related services.\nProven ability to manage procurement budgets, cost optimization, and supplier performance.\nStrong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.\nProficiency in procurement systems and relevant software applications.\nStrong communication and coordination skills.\nAbility
