This role combines hands-on technical support with responsibility for endpoint security systems. The successful candidate will help ensure that company devices are secure, up to date, and that employees receive effective on-site IT support.\nKey Responsibilities\nIT Office Equipment Support\nProvide on-site IT support for users in the office, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.\n\nAssist with workstation setup, device replacements, and office IT equipment\n\nUser Support & Troubleshooting\nServe as a first-line point of contact for IT-related issues and requests.\n\nDiagnose and resolve common user problems related to operating systems, applications, hardware, and connectivity.\n\nDocument issues, solutions, and procedures in internal knowledge bases.\n\nCollaborate with other IT team members and external vendors when required.\n\nEndpoint Security & Device Management\nMonitor and manage operating system and software updates for endpoint devices (Windows/macOS).\n\nReview, analyze, and respond to security alerts and notifications generated by endpoint protection systems.\n\nEscalate potential security incidents according to internal procedures and support remediation activities.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nKnowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.\n\nUnderstanding of endpoint security concepts (antivirus, EDR, patching, device compliance).\n\nBasic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN concepts).\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.\n\nGood communication skills and ability to work directly with end users.\n\nAbility to work on-site in the office and provide hands-on support.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf).\n\nExperience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 admin center, Azure AD, endpoint encryption.\n\nBasic understanding of security incident response processes.\n\nIT-related education, certifications, or internships.\n\nExperience working in an internal IT or helpdesk
