You will partner closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strong financial performance, effective cost management, compliance with internal controls, and informed business decision-making.\nThis role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational and financial results while supporting key manufacturing initiatives and long-term business objectives.\nHow You Will Contribute\nIn your daily job you will:\nLead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities.\n\nEnsure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reporting.\n\nDrive manufacturing cost analysis and oversee the complete costing process.\n\nAnalyze monthly manufacturing expenses and identify cost drivers, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nMonitor monthly sales performance and provide financial insights related to revenue trends and business performance.\n\nDevelop, monitor, and report key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).\n\nManage and strengthen financial and operational internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nSupport investment planning and control processes for capital expenditures (CAPEX).\n\nPartner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and performance improvement.\n\nCoordinate the annual physical inventory process and ensure compliance with financial and operational requirements.\n\nProvide financial guidance and support across a wide range of plant initiatives and business activities.\n\nSupport strategic planning activities that drive profitability and operational excellence.\n\nLead, coach, and develop team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.\n\nWe Are Looking For\nBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\n\nMore than 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance roles.\n\nAdvanced English proficiency (written and verbal).\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nProven ability to influence decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.\n\nA proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.\n\nSkill Set Requirements\nEssential\nStrong knowledge of accounting and financial processes.\n\nExperience preparing and analyzing:\nBalance Sheet\n\nProfit & Loss Statements\n\nCash Flow Statements\n\nCost accounting and manufacturing costing expertise.\n\nAdvanced Excel\n\nExperience in SAP or Oracle (HFM)\n\nFinancial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\n\nFinancial and operational internal controls.\n\nManufacturing finance and cost analysis experience.\n\nKPI development, monitoring, and reporting.\n\nAdvanced analytical and business-partnering capabilities.\n\nDesirable\nExperience supporting capital investment projects (CAPEX).\n\nExperience leading or mentoring finance teams.\n\nKnowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.\n\nExperience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.\n\nContinuous improvement and process optimization experience.\n\nWhat's In It For You\nWhy Join Us?\nYou can grow at Aptiv.
