You will lead complex software projects, support pre-sales, and helpestablishdelivery frameworks that enable growth. This role begins hands-on and evolves into people leadership as WRX expands.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead Mission-Critical Project Delivery\nOwn full-lifecycle execution of customer projects, ensuring commitments across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.\n\nServe as the primary customer interface, driving clarity, transparency, and satisfaction.\n\nBuild, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.\n\nDrive robust risk management:identifyrisks early, assess impacts, implement mitigation plans, and manage escalations.\n\nProvide concise, professional status updates to stakeholders.\n\nShape and Win New Business (Pre-Sales)\nPartner with WRX leadership to qualify opportunities and shape delivery approaches.\n\nContribute to solution discussions, feasibility analysis, and technical trade-offs.\n\nDevelop Statements of Work, project plans, schedules, and resource estimates.\n\nPresent proposals and delivery plans confidently to Federal customers.\n\nBuild WRX's Delivery Capability\nHelpestablishscalable delivery processes suited for a high-security, Federal-focused organization.\n\nMentor future delivery professionals as WRX scales.\n\nParticipate in hiring and onboarding as the team grows.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\nRequired Qualifications\nUS Citizenship (mandatory).\n\nSECRET clearance or ability to obtain andmaintain.\n\nProven success leading complex software delivery projects.\n\nStrong customer-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nHighly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements.\n\nMinimum of 7-10 years in SW or Engineering Delivery Management\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Program/Project Management, or related field.\n\nWillingness to travel up to ~10%.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal Civilian customers.\n\nKnowledge of embedded or real-time systems.\n\nFamiliarity with standards like DO-178C, FACE, IEC61508, IEC62304, ISO26262.\n\nExperience in high-security or FOCI-mitigated environments.\n\nExperience guiding distributed or international teams.\n\nWhy Join WRX?\nWRX is a high-trust, U.S.-only team backed by a global technology leader.
