Coordinate the Preparation of MSD. Design PLANT LAYOUT. Design Engineering Operating System. Time and Motion. Kaizen. Ergonomics. Design Operating Methods and Visual Aids. Design Packaging Methods.\nEnter Information into Systems (SAP). Coordinate MQ1 Functionality Validation.\nStart up and Implement Manufacturing Systems that comply with the Guidelines Established in BOP, DFM, MSD, Safety, and Ergonomics (Equipment and Tools).\nMeet the Established PPAP Dates.\nRelease of New Processes and/or Tools.\nTraining for Manufacturing Engineers and Operators.\nContinuous Improvement Support for Production Processes, Including Cost Reduction Projects through ICIM.\nManagement of Engineering Activities according to EOS.\nYOUR BACKGROUND\nKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:\nCompleted bachelor's degree\n+4 years of experience as Industrial Engineer or similar\nAdvanced English\nCore Tools (PFD, PFMEA, PPAP, CONTROL PLAN).\nKnowledge in the use of SAP.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing\nExperience with AutoCAD\nInterpretation of Turtle Diagrams and Operating Systems.\nPFMEA AIAG-VDA.\nStandardized work.\nKnowledge in Ergonomics and Safety.\nGSD (Release).\nWHY JOIN US?\nYou can grow at Aptiv.
