Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?\nYour role\nThe Program Coordinator supports the Executive Search & Talent Advisory team by managing executive-level interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer administration, and recruiting operations. This role serves as a key partner to executive recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and legal teams, ensuring a seamless, professional, and confidential experience throughout the executive hiring process.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate and schedule executive-level interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars and logistics.\nServe as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch and positive candidate experience.\nPrepare, review, and distribute offer documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.\nMaintain candidate records and activity within Thrive, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.\nTrack candidate progress and provide status updates and reporting to recruiters and leadership teams.\nPartner with internal stakeholders to support executive search processes, operational excellence, and continuous process improvements.\nEnsure confidentiality and compliance throughout all stages of the executive recruitment process.\nSupport onboarding coordination and contribute to optimizing recruiting tools, workflows, and processes.\nYour background:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n5+ years of recruiting coordination, executive recruiting support, HR operations, or related experience.\nExperience scheduling complex interviews and managing multiple stakeholders across global time zones.\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.\nExperience working with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or talent management tools (Thrive experience preferred).\nAbility to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting executive search, executive recruiting, or senior-level talent acquisition.\nExperience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.\nKnowledge of recruiting compliance, offer administration, and onboarding processes.\nWHY JOIN US?\nYou can grow at Aptiv.
