You will work closely with the Finance team and plant stakeholders to understand financial performance, identify variances, and support improvement opportunities across the operation.\nYour Responsibilities\nPrepare and analyze financial reports using Microsoft Excel and SAP, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.\nExtract, review, and interpret financial data to support business and operational decision-making.\nPerform cost, sales, and expense analysis, including expense control and monitoring against budget.\nSupport CAPEX control and analysis, including the tracking of investments and relevant financial indicators.\nParticipate in month-end closing and forecasting activities, providing analysis and financial information to the Finance team.\nPrepare account analyses, financial presentations, and reports for plant and Finance stakeholders.\nMonitor financial and operational performance indicators, identifying trends, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nParticipate in physical inventory and audit activities, including fixed assets and raw material inventories.\nSupport internal and external audit activities by providing the required financial information and documentation.\nSupport financial projects and initiatives while ensuring compliance with established internal controls.\nCollaborate with plant stakeholders to understand operational activities and their financial impact.\nProvide financial analysis and support beyond recurring reporting activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of Finance processes. \nYour Background\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, management accounting, or a related Finance position.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience analyzing data and preparing financial reports and presentations.\nWorking knowledge of SAP, particularly for extracting, reviewing, and analyzing financial information.\nKnowledge of cost accounting, standard costs, cost variances, and general accounting principles.\nExperience with expense analysis and control, CAPEX, financial KPIs, or plant financial performance analysis.\nPrevious exposure to month-end closing and forecasting processes is preferred.\nExperience supporting physical inventories, fixed assets, or audit activities is desirable.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is preferred.\nIntermediate English proficiency, with the ability to understand and respond to written communication in English.
