As a Financial Analyst at Aptiv, you will support the plant’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational finance activities, providing analysis and insights that help drive business performance and ensure accurate financial reporting.\nThis role provides high visibility within the plant leadership team and the opportunity to partner with cross-functional departments including Operations, PC&L, Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics, and Commercial teams. You will also support finance-related projects and initiatives based on evolving business needs.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nFinancial Planning & Analysis\nPrepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including revenue, sales, inventory, logistics, and profitability metrics.\nSupport revenue forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis to help ensure achievement of business objectives.\nAnalyze financial performance, pricing, volume impacts, and product mix changes to identify risks and opportunities.\nDevelop management presentations and financial summaries for plant leadership and business reviews. \nOperational Finance & Cross-Functional Support\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support SIOP, inventory management, E&O reviews, logistics performance, and operational initiatives.\nPerform account reconciliations, debit write-off reviews, accrual analysis, and month-end closing activities.\nSupport internal and external audits, inventory controls, cycle counts, and compliance requirements.\nParticipate in cost reduction, continuous improvement, automation, and special finance projects. \nFinancial Systems & Reporting\nMaintain financial databases, forecasting models, SAP reporting tools, and related financial systems.\nPerform additional financial analyses, reporting activities, and special assignments as required to support business needs. \nYour Background\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\n 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Cost Analysis, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, with SAP preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAdvanced English proficiency. \nNice to Have\nExperience in manufacturing or automotive industry environments.\nKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and cost accounting.\nExperience with SAP, Power BI, and reporting tools.\nKnowledge of internal controls, audit processes, and SOX compliance.\nContinuous improvement mindset with experience supporting process optimization initiatives. \nWhy Join Aptiv\nYou grow at Aptiv.\nAptiv's winning culture is global by design.
