Working closely with cross-functional teams and auditors, you will contribute to risk mitigation and continuous improvement across the organization.\nYour Role:\nExecute the Aptiv SOX framework, including coordination of SOX documentation and validation testing.\nReview and strengthen internal control processes across EMEA Shared Service Centers.\nParticipate in site and process reviews, supporting the implementation and sharing of best practices.\nSupport the quarterly SOX certification process and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.\nIdentify internal control gaps and support the development and implementation of improvement action plans.\nFollow up on internal control issues and monitor related corrective actions.\nSupport the coordination of EY audits within the Global Shared Services Organization.\nYour Background:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.\nExperience in Internal Controls or an external audit environment.\nGood knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelines.\nGood understanding of SOX requirements and internal control principles.\nVery good analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English.\nWillingness to travel.\nWhy join us?\nYou grow at Aptiv.
