You will be responsible for all phases of the Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC), namely planning, requirements definition, design, development, testing, deployment, and transition to post-implementation support.\nYou will be the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including internal customers, business relationship managers, architects, suppliers, operations, and infrastructure teams.\nYou will report directly to either an Aptiv Programme Manager within Enterprise IT Services or a Portfolio Manager.\nWhat your role will look like\nLead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and application technology projects.\nPlan, coordinate, and oversee project teams, timelines, and budgets.\nDrive project execution while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.\nPartner with IT and business stakeholders to define delivery approaches and minimize risks.\nManage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.\nCommunicate project status and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.\nEnsure compliance with Aptiv PMO governance, release management, and change control processes.\nServe as the primary liaison for business partners, vendors, and technical teams throughout project delivery.\n\nWhat you’ll have\nExperience delivering similar infrastructure and/or application projects.\nExperience with Microsoft tools and licensing.\nA graduate or postgraduate qualification in a STEAM subject.\nA PMP, PRINCE2, APM, SAFe, or similar project management or software delivery qualification.\n10+ years of relevant IT project management experience across the full project lifecycle.\nExperience across the full Software Development Life Cycle and in large-scale systems implementation.\nExperience delivering IT projects in Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, or Supply Chain within the automotive, industrial, or electronics sectors is desirable.\nExperience delivering any of the following capabilities is desirable: Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Governance, Teradata, Informatica, SAP or other ERP systems, CLM, Salesforce, or MAP.\nWhat you’ll bring\nBe Strategic: Demonstrate strategic thinking and use forward-looking insights to break down barriers.\nBe a Leader: Provide visionary leadership and understand the downstream impact of your decisions.\nBe Curious: Explore new ideas and challenge the status quo.\nBe Accountable: Hold yourself and the team accountable for critical deadlines and commitments.\nBe Influential: Communicate a compelling and inspiring vision or purpose for the project to motivate and engage the team.
