This role ensures internal teams - product, engineering, regional/ sales teams, and marketing have access to consistent, high-quality demos that clearly communicate product capabilities, vision, and innovation roadmap.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong program and product management skills, excels at cross-functional coordination, and can translate complex product features into impactful demo narratives. This role builds scalable demo operations, drives continuous improvement, and ensures demos remain accurate, relevant, and aligned to business priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct & Program Strategy\nOwns the implementation of demo strategy for the Demo Center of Excellence, aligned with product, sales, and executive objectives.\nManage scalable operating model for demo creation, governance, maintenance, and delivery across the organization.\nBuild and Manage demo tracker, partner with product team to manage demo roadmap and engineering on demo readiness.\nDemo Lifecycle Ownership\nLead the end-to-end demo lifecycle: intake, prioritization, design, development, QA, deployment, and retirement.\nPartner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to ensure demo accuracy, consistency, and technical integrity.\nMaintain a centralized repository of demo assets, scripts, environments, and best practices.\nStakeholder Enablement & Readiness\nEnable global internal teams with training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure consistent demo delivery.\nFacilitate demo readiness, or quality-review programs to maintain delivery excellence.\nProvide guidance on messaging, positioning, and storytelling within demos.\nOperational Excellence\nEstablish success metrics, track demo engagement and performance, and provide insights to leadership.\nIdentify operational gaps and lead process improvements to enhance quality, scalability, and efficiency.\nManage the reliability, stability, and version control of demo environments in alignment with product releases.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nServe as the central coordination point for demo requests and prioritization.\nCollaborate with GTM teams to ensure demos reflect accurate value propositions and market narratives.\nWork with engineering teams to ensure demo environments remain stable, secure, and technically aligned with live product capabilities.\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience in program management, product management, product enablement, or related cross-functional roles.\nDemonstrated experience building scalable demo, enablement, or technical storytelling programs.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.\nExcellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.\nComfortable working across technical and non-technical audiences.\nFamiliarity with product lifecycle processes, release management, and SaaS or platform-based environments.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in enterprise software, automotive technology, cloud platforms, or emerging tech.\nBackground in sales engineering, technical evangelism, or delivering customer-facing demos.\nAbility to create demo scripts, flow diagrams, storyboards, or high-fidelity demo content.\nExperience with demo tooling, sandbox environments, or interactive product tour platforms.\nYOUR BENEFITS AT APTIV:\nPrivate health care effective day 1 of employment\nLife and accident insurance\nPaid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Designated time off, Parental leave)\nRelocation assistance may be available\nLearning and development opportunities\nDiscount programs with various manufacturers and retailers\nRecognition for innovation and excellence\nOpportunities to give back to the community\nTuition Reimbursement\nAPPLY TODAY, AND TOGETHER LET’S CHANGE TOMORROW!\n“Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
