Visit www.aptiv.com.\nYour Role\nIn your daily job you will:\nManage overall work performance and production schedule to ensure adherence to metrics (i.e.SPQVC, labor efficiency, SMT OEE/CPH, operator overtime) within the department;\nManage and develop manufacturing employees’ competency based on skill matrix to improve labor efficiencyand product quality.\nManageoperator headcount according to MPS, and control people cost.\nCommunicate with shift leader & line leaders on a daily basisregardingsafety, staffing, quality, schedule attainment, labor efficiency, continuous improvement activities and best practices;\nLead and execute 5S activities to maintainthe area (i.e.floor, machine, fixture, shelf, magazine, box, tray, etc.) to standard, continuous improvement, constantlysearch for improvement and continually seekto eliminatewaste.\nExecute daily track manufacturing related issues, and practice rapid problem solvingwith relative department,such as customer complaint, process failure, efficiency loss, audit finding, inventory loss, and follow up implementation of corrective actions;\nImplement and regular monitor OSA, taking layered complianceaudit activities and fix all findings on time;\nSupport PPAP, PRA, equipment buyoff, andsmoothlaunch in production, monitorPTR and production sample build;\nControlmanufacturing cost, reduce contract service, operation supply and tool maintenance & spare parts cost;\nEnsure all data of production report is timely, normativeand accurate;\nBe responsible forscrap and rework control, and containment monitoring;\nLead cycling and monthly stock takingand gap analysis.
