Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?\nYOUR ROLE\nAs an EDI Analyst, you will manage and support the electronic exchange of critical business documents-including Material Releases, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Advance Ship Notices (ASNs)-between the company and its trading partners. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data flow across SAP and EDI platforms in a fast-paced, automotive-focused environment.\nResponsibilities:\nManage, monitor, and maintain daily EDI transactions to ensure accurate and timely data exchange with trading partners.\nConfigure, map, and support EDI documents such as Material Releases, POs, Invoices, and ASNs.\nTroubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission errors, data inconsistencies, and integration issues across systems.\nCoordinate EDI onboarding for new trading partners, including testing, validation, and documentation.\nCollaborate with internal teams (IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing) to align EDI processes with business requirements.\nSupport SAP modules (MM, FI, SD, PP) ensuring correct data integration and transaction flow.\nAnalyze and manage data using Oracle databases and SQL to support reporting, reconciliation, and issue resolution.\nDevelop or support scripts and automation using Python or similar programming languages.\nContribute to data modeling, data warehousing, and visualization initiatives using BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve EDI performance, data accuracy, and system reliability.\nDocument EDI processes, mappings, and technical specifications as needed\nMust Haves (Basic Qualifications):\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).\n3+ years of experience in SAP analytics and data management, with hands-on exposure to SAP MM, FI, SD, and PP modules.\nStrong experience with Oracle Databases and SQL.\nExperience with Python or a similar programming language.\nFamiliarity with EDI systems and integration processes.\nExperience working with automotive suppliers strongly preferred.\nProven experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau).\nAdvanced proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, databases, and analytical tools.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-paced environment.\nDemonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills.\nSAP certifications are a plus.\nWHY JOIN US?\nYou can grow at Aptiv.
