You will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and minimize unapplied cash while supporting efficient and compliant financial operations.\nYour Role:\nProcess and accurately allocate customer payments at invoice level.\nInvestigate and resolve unapplied, partially applied, and unidentified cash.\nCollect and analyze remittance information from customers and internal sources.\nPerform customer account and clearing account reconciliations.\nManage aged unapplied cash and identify root causes of recurring issues.\nExecute account clearing, transfers, adjustments, and approved write-offs.\nSupport month-end activities, reporting, audits, and internal controls.\nCollaborate with Collection, Billing, Finance, and IT teams and contribute to process improvements and automation.\nYour Background:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.\n1+ year of experience in OTC, Cash Application, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.\nExperience with customer payments, remittance processing, and unapplied cash resolution.\nGood understanding of OTC and Accounts Receivable processes.\nGood knowledge of SAP or another ERP system and experience with banking platforms/customer portals.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.\nVery good English and strong communication skills.\nWhy join us?\nYou grow at Aptiv.
