In this role, you will contribute hands-on to engineering work, implement solutions defined together with the team, and collaborate closely with senior engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable systems.\nYou will work alongside development, QA, DevOps, and product teams, combining hands-on engineering with active collaboration, while growing your technical skills and taking increasing ownership of the components you work on.\nYour Role\nPlatform Engineering & Development\nBuild and maintain platform infrastructure and services across cloud environments.\n\nDevelop and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.\n\nContribute to infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management under established patterns.\n\nImplement solutions following the team’s engineering standards, best practices, and design patterns.\n\nSupport the adoption of tools and frameworks selected by the team.\n\nCollaboration & Delivery\nDeliver assigned engineering work items with consistent, reliable progress.\n\nCollaborate with senior engineers on design reviews and technical solutions.\n\nWork closely with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure alignment.\n\nCommunicate progress and raise technical blockers early.\n\nParticipate in stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.\n\nReliability, Security & Operations\nHelp ensure the availability, observability, and performance of platform services.\n\nSet up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging.\n\nParticipate in incident response and support root cause analysis.\n\nApply security, compliance, and governance standards in day-to-day work.\n\nContribute to improving system resilience and recovery capabilities.\n\nYour background\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n2-5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.\n\nWorking knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\n\nExperience or familiarity with:\n\n- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)\n- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, etc.)\n- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)\nScripting or programming skills in one or more languages (Python, Go, Bash, etc.).\n\nExposure to Agile/DevOps ways of working.\n\nWillingness to learn and grow toward greater technical ownership.\n\nWhy join us?\nYou can grow at Aptiv.
