This position will be located in Troy, MI.\nAdvanced PCL team is an internal service provider to all surrounding departments. Protocols for communication, and clear scope of work on who, what, when, and where needs to be passed to the operations team to aid in implementation of Flow 4\nKey job responsibilities for this role include:\nSupporting the Advanced PCL team to assist in improving current business strategy and document processes.\nDeliverable 1 - PCL RASIC chart re-deployment \nDeliverable 2 - Documented Scope of Work (where process is missing)\nDeliverable 3- MRP SAP parameter overview & metrics to improve current internal customer service and overall cost and delivery.\nIntern will experience world/business problems and how to solve them. They will actively engage in professional communication, reporting, and metrics. Intern will learn how to create and present business case to decision makers on how to overcome any current obstacles or implement future improvements.\nIntern will have a final assessment from the department gaining feedback and final cornerstone project presentation to senior leadership.\nExperience & Qualifications:\nPursuing degree in Supply Chain, Marketing & Communications, or Finance\nDemonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals\nExcellent attention to detail; meticulous and detailed\nStrong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)\nHighly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently\nNice to have:\nDomain expertise in areas relevant for our business (e.g. automotive, wire harness, connectors, etc.)\nDiverse experiences in or around automotive or industrial goods\nWhy join us?\nYou can grow at Aptiv.
