Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?\nYOUR ROLE\nThe purpose of this position is to coordinate activities to ensure that the assigned products are manufactured in accordance with the procedures established by the Quality Management System. The role is responsible for coordinating and verifying the activities of a team of inspectors to ensure that products meet pre-established quality standards and customer requirements, while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with applicable quality processes.\nRESPONSABILITIES\nDevelop and maintain quality plans for assigned products.\n\nLead the investigation and resolution of customer-reported quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\n\nImplement containment and improvement actions for critical quality issues and support new product launches.\n\nCoordinate the resolution of supplier quality issues with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established quality standards.\n\nMonitor quality performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions through cross-functional collaboration.\n\nSupport product and process validation and approval activities, including capability studies and quality requirements.\n\nEnsure the execution of process verification activities, identifying areas for improvement and leading corrective actions.\n\nEnsure compliance with change management requirements for products and manufacturing processes.\n\nEnsure that measurement and inspection equipment used in operations meets established calibration requirements.\n\nEnsure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards to deliver conforming products.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nBachelor's degree completed in Engineering or a related field.\n\nIntermediate - Advanced English.\n\nPrevious experience in Quality as a Quality Technician or a similar role.\n\nExperience with Quality Systems and/or Product Engineering is preferred.\n\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functions.\n\nProactive approach and strong sense of ownership and accountability.\n\nWHY JOIN US?\nYou can grow at Aptiv.
