You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, support new product and process launches, manage customer quality requirements, and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.\nYour Role:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain product quality plans to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.\nPartner with different areas of the organization to resolve product, material, and manufacturing process quality issues.\nMaintain close interaction with customers to understand and address quality requirements and expectations.\nParticipate in the planning, validation, and release of new manufacturing lines and processes.\nCoordinate investigations of customer quality complaints, supporting root cause identification, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification.\nEnsure appropriate methods and controls are in place for product and process quality assurance.\nEnsure non-conforming material is properly identified, segregated, controlled, and dispositioned.\nCoordinate PPAP sample requests with production teams to support annual product revalidations.\nPlan and support product and process audits.\nEnsure quality systems within the assigned area are properly executed and effective.\nApply quality methodologies and tools including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, QRQC, and 8D.\nMonitor quality performance through activities such as FTQ tracking, quality claims, product audits, process audits, and Red Bin Reviews.\nExercise authority to stop manufacturing processes when operating outside established control requirements.\nSupport compliance with IATF 16949 requirements, customer-specific requirements, and applicable ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards\nYour Background:\nCompleted university degree.\n3-5 years of related experience in the connector or automotive electrical industry.\n Advanced English proficiency (80%) and Spanish language skills.\nExperience with automotive quality systems and IATF 16949 requirements.\nKnowledge and practical application of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC.\nExperience with structured problem-solving methodologies such as QRQC and 8D.\nExperience supporting product and process audits, customer quality claims, and corrective actions.\nKnowledge of non-conforming material control, product/process deviations, and product revalidation activities.\nStrong problem-solving, teamwork, and service-oriented skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nFamiliarity with Minitab, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, and statistical analysis software\nYour Benefits:\n13th and 14th month bonus \nMajor Medical Insurance \nLife Insurance \nVacation days \nGas Bonus \nRAP \nCafeteria Service \nYou grow at Aptiv.\nAptiv's winning culture is global by design.
