The Role

Role Overview

• Drive sales growth, revenue, profitability, and market share across assigned markets.

• Develop business opportunities and expand customer relationships.

• Lead strategic sales initiatives for connectivity, power, energy storage, and data center solutions.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Achieve sales and profitability targets.

• Develop new business opportunities across target industries.

• Drive growth for LV/HV Connectors, Ethernet Cable Assemblies, BESS, and Data Center solutions.

Customer & Account Management

• Build relationships with OEMs, Data Center customers, EPCs, Utilities, System Integrators, and Channel Partners.

• Manage strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Techno-Commercial Management

• Lead techno-commercial discussions with customers.

• Manage RFQs, tenders, proposal preparation, and pricing activities.

• Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

• Support project execution and customer requirements.

• Coordinate internal resources to deliver customer solutions.

Internal

Market Intelligence & Planning

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

• Develop sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports.

• Identify growth opportunities and recommend market strategies.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members.

• Drive performance and accountability against business objectives.

• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Ideal Candidate

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

• MBA preferred.

• 15+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or key account management.

• Experience working with OEMs, Utilities, EPCs, System Integrators, Channel Partners, and Data Center customers.

• Strong understanding of industrial connectivity, power, energy storage, and data center solutions.
