You will also guide technical decisions, support other engineersand work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.\nYour role:\nLead the analysis, clarification and decomposition of customer and internal BCM requirements. \nCreate and maintain system requirements, interfaces, constraints and acceptance criteria in Polarion. \nEnsure end-to-end traceability across requirements, architecture, implementation and verification. \nDesign and review system architecture and functional variants in Enterprise Architect. \nAssess the impact of customer changes, vehicle variants and hardware revisions on scope, timing and risk. \nDrive technical decisions and resolve complex system and quality issues with software, hardware and test teams. \nPlan system reviews and ensure complete, high-quality Automotive SPICE work products. \nCollaborate with OEM customers, mentor engineers and support backlog and delivery planning in Jira. \nYour background:\nMaster's degree in electronics, computer science, automation, telecommunications or a related field. \nExperience in systems engineering for complex embedded products, ideally in the automotive industry. \nStrong knowledge of requirements engineering, traceability and change management. \nExperience in system architecture modelling using Enterprise Architect, SysML/UML or similar tools. \nHands-on knowledge of Polarion or a comparable requirements management tool, plus Jira. \nKnowledge of Automotive SPICE; familiarity with BCM, AUTOSAR, diagnostics, cybersecurity or functional safety is an advantage. \nVery good English, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel occasionally. \nWhy join us?\nYou grow at Aptiv.
