This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.\nYour Responsibilities\nTechnical Expert for Radar Systems and their Automotive Applications\nRequirements Analysis and System Specification development for FMCW Radars (especially at 77GHz) in collaboration with different customers\nMMIC testing, characterization and failure analysis\nAlgorithm and Software Development in the field of Radar Signal Processing\nSupport Radar measurements in Laboratory and Test Vehicles\nInteract with different competencies internally in the Global organization\nOccasional participation in Customer Test Drives\nWork with global teams on cross domain support, customer support\nLead team members to achieve project goals, handle planning and execution\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of advanced software engineering practices\nYour Background\nKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:\nBachelor’s degree or Masters or PhD in Electronics Communication, Physics or related fields\nOverall Exp 10 to 18 Years, 10+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software development, debugging, log analysis\nExposure to Radar testing in laboratory and data analysis\nVery good knowledge in Matlab- and C-programming\nVery good English language skills\nStrong team and customer orientation and a high degree of flexibility, dedication and initiative\nExperience with Automotive standards and processes desirable\nExperience in direct customer interaction desirable\nAutomotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE)\nWork independently, proactive, decision maker, passion for results, good team player\nWhy join us?\nYou can grow at Aptiv.
