If you want to be part of a unique culture where the lived experience is based on our cultural attributes of growth mindset, customer-focus, and diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging, come join us and help advance the future software defined world.\nYOUR ROLE\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Solutions Architect - Cloud Native / CaaS to join our Global Presales Organization, reporting to the Senior Director, Presales.\nThe Senior Solutions Architect will serve as a technical subject-matter expert and strategic advisor for customers, partners, and internal teams, with a strong focus on Cloud-as-a-Service (CaaS), cloud-native platforms, Kubernetes, storage, networking, automation, and cloud migration technologies.\nThis role will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to understand complex business and technical challenges, architect innovative solutions, demonstrate platform capabilities, develop proof-of-concepts, and build automation frameworks that accelerate adoption and migration across heterogeneous cloud environments.\nThe ideal candidate combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with strong customer-facing presales skills and the ability to take a solution from concept through architecture, proof-of-concept, demonstration, and production adoption.\nIn your daily job you will:\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, partners, and field sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle.\nEngage with customers to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, application architectures, and cloud transformation strategies.\nDevelop end-to-end solution architectures leveraging CaaS, Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure, storage, networking, and automation technologies.\nLead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and executive-level technical discussions.\nDeliver compelling technical presentations and customized customer demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities and business value.\nSupport account teams in developing technical strategies, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution positioning.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and executive audiences.\nHOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE\nKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.\n8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, systems engineering, cloud architecture, technical consulting, presales, or a related field.\nStrong hands-on experience with Cloud-as-a-Service (CaaS) and cloud-native technologies.\nDeep understanding of Kubernetes and container technologies.\nStrong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and at least one major public cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.\nStrong understanding of storage technologies, distributed systems, and persistent storage for cloud-native workloads.\nStrong understanding of cloud-native networking and Kubernetes networking concepts.\nHands-on experience developing automation using technologies such as Python, Go, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, APIs, or similar tools.\nExperience designing and implementing Proofs of Concept and customer demonstrations.\nExperience developing automation frameworks for cloud migration, workload migration, or infrastructure transformation.\nStrong understanding of hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud architectures.\nExcellent communication, presentation, technical writing, and customer-facing skills.\nAbility to work effectively with both highly technical engineering teams and executive stakeholders.\nWillingness to travel globally to support strategic customer engagements when required.\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS\nSuccessful candidates must engage in a security clearance process in regard to their citizenship in order to perform fundamental job duties, as per applicable law.
