The position combines strategic social media execution with hands-on creative development, including graphic design, video editing, photography, and short-form content creation.\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssist with the development and execution of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.\nSupport content planning and scheduling through social media management tools.\nDraft social media copy aligned with Aptiv's brand voice and communications strategy.\nMonitor social media trends, conversations, and best practices to identify new content opportunities.\nTrack content performance and contribute to monthly reporting and analytics reviews.\nCreate engaging visual content that communicates complex technologies in a clear and compelling way.\nDevelop graphics, infographics, quote cards, event assets, and social media visuals.\nAssist in the creation of content for product launches, awards, industry events, recruiting campaigns, and corporate initiatives.\nResearch industry topics and help identify compelling storytelling opportunities.\nEdit short-form and long-form videos for social media, events, and executive communications.\nCreate video highlights, reels, motion graphics, animated social assets, and event recap videos.\nAdd captions, transitions, music, on-screen graphics, and branding elements to enhance engagement.\nAssist with filming interviews, event footage, and behind-the-scenes content when needed.\nOptimize video formats and specifications for different social media platforms.\nDesign platform-specific assets that align with Aptiv's visual identity and brand standards.\nCreate carousel posts, presentation visuals, event graphics, digital banners, and campaign assets.\nDevelop templates that can be reused across social media channels and internal communications.\nEnsure all creative materials maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and accuracy.\nYOUR BACKGROUND\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.\nStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.\nFamiliarity with major social media platforms and digital communication trends.\nAbility to translate technical information into engaging visual and written content.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with one or more of the following design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint.\nExperience with one or more of the following video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing.\nFamiliarity with social media management tools and basic social media analytics and reporting.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered content creation tools and digital marketing technologies.\nPortfolio demonstrating social media content, graphic design, video editing, photography, or other creative work showcasing storytelling and content creation skills.\nWhy Join Aptiv\nYou grow at Aptiv.\nAptiv's winning culture is global by design.
