Ready to shape the future of mobility with us?\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Sr. Project Manager on our team, you’ll Lead the design team and manufacturing through the development process of new connection systems products lines (HV Connectors, Inlets, Media Modules) . The Project Manager will develop initial plans, set milestones, track project activities and communicate project progress to stakeholders. Work cross-functionally to establish working relationships within the company and act as the main contact with customers.\nIn your daily job you will:\nResponsible to achieve flawless launches (i.e. full ownership to deliver programs on-time, with quality and in-charge of profitability) \nActs as the program life cycle owner; brings strategy and holistic approach\nDrives appropriate reviews/escalations, risk identification and mitigation, removes roadblocks \nResponsible to support achievement of profitability for their assigned business which includes working closely with Directors, profit management\nSecures appropriation requests’ approvals on time for project execution\nAct as customer contact for regular management communication and escalation\nResponsible for multiple customers and complex product\nResponsible for understanding customer technology roadmap and building relationships with key customers \nSupport in customer management (especially in critical situations)\nSupports new business development activities\nReviews and modifies the proposed staffing plans \nSupports enterprise effectiveness / efficiency and lean functional excellence by Lean / I&CIM techniques \nResponsible for complying to standards, policies and procedures, PDP requirements\nEnsure compliance with customer specific requirements \nYOUR BACKGROUND\nKey skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:\n\nMust be legally able to work in the U.S. without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer, now, or at any time in the future.\nMinimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master degree in Business or Engineering is a plus.\n5+ years’ experience in project/program management or equivalent field.\n5+ years of experience in the use of product life cycle and risk management tools.\nPrevious leadership experience within Project/Program Management, Product Engineering, Project Lead, Manufacturing Engineering Lead.\nAbility to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization\nExcellent oral/written communication skills with strong ability to work with team\nStrong results-orientation and execution characteristics\nResourcefully innovative and adapts in a rapidly changing environment\nAbility to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently\nKnowledge of OEM processes and development cycles\nStrong and demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead, coach and mentor team members \nExcellent communication skills - ability to interact with all levels of management\nTrack record of successfully completing projects on time within specifications despite obstacles which arise during such new programs \nExcellent problem-solving skills; ability to drive corrective actions with minimal direction\nStrong work ethic, self-directed and work independently.
