You will own the development and refinement of our marketing strategy, furthering our brand narrative, crafting messaging for deeply technical & financial products, and leading the charge on campaigns to engage wide-ranging audiences, including developers, partners, and the general public. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and creative to position Unto Labs as a leading infrastructure provider and distinctive technology brand.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and evolve Unto Labs’ marketing strategy, brand positioning, and messaging to reach both technical and mainstream stakeholders.\n\nDesign and execute campaigns for product launches, ecosystem milestones, developer events, and community initiatives.\n\nBuild scalable content and communication systems across web, social, and advertising channels/\n\nTranslate complex technical concepts from consensus protocols, cryptography, distributed systems into clear and compelling stories that resonate with both crypto-native and mainstream audiences.\n\nGuide and produce collateral including website copy, pitch decks, press releases, blog posts, and multimedia.\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering, product, and creative teams to capture and convey Unto Labs' and Thru's unique value.\n\nDrive GTM initiatives including partnerships, event presence, and outreach.\n\nMeasure and analyze marketing efforts to optimize reach and effectiveness.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years in GTM, brand marketing, or communications roles, preferably with technical or startup organizations.\n\nProven ability to shape messaging for highly technical products and communicate to broad audiences.\n\nExperience building out creative and memorable marketing campaigns and brand strategy from an early stage.\n\nSkilled at distilling complex topics into approachable narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with video production,
