The candidate will lead the architecture and development of AI agents that interact with enterprise applications through APIs and workflow skills to automate business processes and provide intelligent assistance. The platform will support governed AI workflows, auditability, authorization, observability, and enterprise-grade integrations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign scalable AI agent workflows using AWS Bedrock and LangChain.\nLead design reviews and establish engineering best practices.\nMentor and guide junior engineers and fresh graduates.\nBuild multi-agent systems using AgentCore.\nDevelop AI Skills, Tools, Knowledge Sources, and Agent orchestration workflows.\nImplement prompt engineering and agent evaluation frameworks.\nDesign Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.\nBuild and expose domain-driven APIs using FastAPI.\nDesign MCP tools and server architecture.\nImplement authentication, authorization, audit trails, and governance controls.\nEstablish observability, monitoring, and tracing for AI workflows.\nSkills:\nAI & LLM Technologies: AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI architectures, LangChain / LangGraph, Prompt Engineering\nBackend Engineering: Python (Expert), FastAPI, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture, Microservices\nCloud Technologies: AWS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB or PostgreSQL\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package including a base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location.
