Responsibilities:\nGraphic Design:\n\nDevelop creative concepts and visual assets for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations. \n\nDesign compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that enhance brand identity and communicate key messages. \n\nCollaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually appealing campaigns and promotional materials. \n\nEnsure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality. \n\nUX/UI Design:\nCreate intuitive and visually pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. \n\nConduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing to inform design decisions. \n\nCollaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions. \n\nDevelop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for a consistent user experience. \n\nContinuously improve the usability, accessibility, and overall user experience of our digital products. \n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\n\nBTech in CSE/IT or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. \n\nProven experience as a Graphic Designer and UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. \n\nProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, Canva or similar. \n\nStrong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. \n\nExperience with user-centered design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. \n\nExcellent at Image and video editing and creation\n\nExcellent attention to detail and design aesthetics \n\nAbility to use Gen AI / LLMS in documentation creation, rewriting and managing \n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills. \n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
