Role overview Weʼre looking for an SEO Manager (4-7 years experience in B2B SaaS) who can drive organic growth in an AI-first search landscape. This is not a traditional SEO role. You will own:Search strategy across Google + AI platforms (GEO / AI search)\nKeyword + intent strategy\nContent structure and optimization\nOrganic pipeline contribution You will work closely with content, but you are the brain behind what gets created, why it ranks, and how it converts. What youʼll own 1. AI-first SEO strategy (core focus)\nBuild and execute an AI-first search strategy (GEO + LLM optimization)\nOptimize Apty for:\nAI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)\nFeatured snippets / zero-click results\nEntity-based search and semantic relevance\nEnsure Apty content is discoverable, extractable, and quotable by AI systems 2. Keyword & search intent ownership\nOwn end-to-end keyword strategy:\nHigh-intent keywords\nProblem-led keywords\nMap keywords to:\nBuyer stages\nCore personas\nMove beyond volume → focus on pipeline-driving intent 3. Content strategy & structure\nWork with content team to:\nDefine content briefs, outlines, and narrative structure\nEnsure every page is:\nSearch-optimized\nAI-readable\nOutcome-led (not feature-led)\nEnforce:\nClear information hierarchy\nInternal linking strategy\nTopic clusters and authority building 4. Technical & on-page SEO\nOwn on-page optimization:\nMetadata, schema, headings, internal links\nPartner with engineering for:\nSite performance\nIndexing, crawlability\nStructured data for AI/search engines 5.
